My writing experience includes regional publications.

My writing experience includes articles, reports, copy for social media, advertising, email, studies, blog posts, and speeches. I cater my writing to the audience and channel and I understand how to explain complex budgets, write snappy ad copy and, simplify a sentence into a bullet point on a Powerpoint presentation. 

As with many communications professionals, my editing skills complement my writing skills and I have experience editing magazine copy, social media posts, ad copy, and white papers. Being a writer, I also understand how to edit all forms of copy without changing the author's voice or purpose.  

My editing and writing experience is rooted in AP Style. I have written and updated several company style guides with specific terminology and writing styles for various forms of print and digital content.
